Product Description
Konica 512/512i/1024/1024i/1024a printhead
The UV ink that we provide is specially configured for Konica printhead, it is dried quickly, can be used for printing on soft or hard materials.
Konica UV ink is mainly composed of the following components:
Tinting paint : Provides the desired color.
Prepolymer : forms the backbone of the ink.
Photosensitive monomer : participates in curing reactions when exposed to UV light.
Photoinitiator : Initiates the polymerization reaction.
Additives : improve the performance of the ink .
The curing principle is that through the irradiation of ultraviolet light, the photoinitiator absorbs photon energy and forms free radicals or ions, which initiates the cross-linking polymerization of prepolymers and monomers and finally solidifies into a film.
